Abstract

This article examines the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on IT observability practices, tracing the evolution from reactive monitoring to proactive, predictive service assurance. Through article analysis of current implementations across various industry sectors, we explore how AI-powered solutions are revolutionizing anomaly detection, root cause analysis, incident correlation, and forecasting capabilities. The article highlights architectural patterns, machine learning methodologies, and integration frameworks that enable organizations to predict incidents before they impact users, automate correlation of events across distributed systems, and dramatically reduce mean time to resolution.
