Abstract

The study aimed at explaining the role of social justice in achieving freedom and equality, while the problem of the study centered on a pivotal question meaning: what is the role of social justice in achieving freedom and equality. And to answer the question of the study and achieve its objectives, the study used the descriptive analytical method. And the study came to assure that the social justice has an effective role in achieving freedom and equality. Also, the study let us reach numerous results, the most significant of which are: the social justice is considered one of the most important indicators for enhancing social and political stability in states and democratic communities, and the social justice has an effective role in achieving freedom and equality and both of them are intertwined. Their outcomes required numerous recommendations the most important of which are: spreading cultural awareness among citizens with the significance of the social justice and its role in achieving freedom and equality among all categories of the society, and guarantee of independence of the control corporations and institutions of fairness, transparency and the judicial authority to strengthen the role of the social justice in achieving freedom and equality to all categories of the society.
